My stay at this hotel was really enjoyable because it was just a quick drive to the Oklahoma City Zoo and a few steps away from lots of casual dining options like Chick-fil-A. plus, the lobby had a modern design that made for a great first impression. as a single traveler, i appreciated the comfortable accommodations and friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a weekend city stroll.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is conveniently located near fun spots like the Oklahoma City Zoo and Penn Square Mall, which made it easy to find family activities. Plus, the staff was super inviting, and we loved having our non-service dog with us.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast selection could use improvement.

the courtyard was perfectly located, just steps from the mall and a short drive from downtown. my king room with the sofa bed was so comfy, and the wi-fi was reliable. i really enjoyed a heart-pumping workout in the fitness center and then relaxed in the indoor pool.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, which helped with a good night's sleep. We got a suite to enjoy the balcony too, which was a cool upgrade. The upgrade let us relax outside without feeling crowded. But, it felt like the beds might need replacements soon—just a bit worn out. Overall, the room met our needs for the night, but some updates would make it even better.

Unfortunately, the carpet in the hallways really needed some serious cleaning. Near the elevator, it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in a while. Room maintenance had its ups and downs. while everything was clean upon arrival, housekeeping could have been better with supplies. I noticed the ice machines were down for most of my stay, which was inconvenient. There were also some issues with room temperature—the air conditioner didn’t maintain a consistent temperature, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. Access was easy to local spots like the Oklahoma City Zoo and restaurants nearby, making our explorations hassle-free. Overall, I found the staff at the Bistro a bit overwhelmed during breakfast hours, as the wait for our food felt unnecessarily long. Despite these hiccups, the staff was accommodating and genuinely tried to resolve issues as they arose.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free WiFi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions to my meeting, and they were friendly throughout my visit. Highly recommend it!
